We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept unworn, unused items purchased from within 30 days from the date of purchase. Items must be returned with all original packaging. Any merchandise without these items or considered worn will not qualify for a refund. Please note that any expedited shipping charges, international shipping charges or charges for orders shipped outside the continental US are non-refundable and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.*

Baubles + Soles Warranty Policy

Should our shoes fail due to defect of workmanship or material, you can be confident your purchase is backed by the following warranty:

1. One Year Guarantee on our American-made Shoes

We warrant our shoes to be free of defects in materials or workmanship for a period of one year, at our discretion, for repair or replacement.

2. Ninety (90) Day Guarantee on Shoe Attachments + Accessories

Our shoe attachments and accessories are currently imported. We will warrant your shoe attachments, twist locks and baubles for ninety (90) days from the date of purchase for repair or replacement (as determined by Baubles + Soles).

3. Replacement Certainty

If we no longer have the same shoe or bauble, you can choose a similar, in-stock product for replacement.

4. Refunds

Refunds are not available as part of our warranty program.

5. Wear and Tear + Improper Use 

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage from misuse of our twist lock (see our how-to video here), improper care, negligence, or damage in transit. Unfortunately, accidents that cause damage are not covered.
